Ourselves<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section healing isn&#8217;t about becoming a better or more perfect version of myself. It is about becoming more whole and learning to stay present with myself as I am.<\/p><p>Over time, this has included becoming more aware of old patterns, noticing what happens in my body, and learning that I don&#8217;t always have to change what I&#8217;m feeling.<\/p><p><strong>Walking With Myself<\/strong><\/p><p>More and more, I have learned to stay with myself when something feels uncomfortable rather than reacting too quickly. I still know the pull to get busy, overthink, look for a solution, or turn too quickly to spiritual ideas.<\/p><p>Sometimes healing has simply meant noticing that impulse, pausing before I react to it, and not immediately trying to make the discomfort go away.<\/p><p><strong>Support I Can Feel<\/strong><\/p><p>I have also learned to pay attention to what is happening in my body.\u00a0 Sometimes I notice that I am tense or holding my breath. I am learning how much simple physical support can matter \u2014 feeling my feet on the floor or my back against a chair.\u00a0 These ordinary points of contact can help me feel more grounded. Sometimes that physical sense of being supported also seems to help me feel a little steadier emotionally.<\/p><p>Often a fuller breath follows.
