A silent retreat wasn’t even on my radar, and I had never done anything quite like it before. I didn’t know what to expect.

An ordinary errand, a handmade sign, and a reminder that small moments of goodness are often closer than we think.

This grew from a simple remembering: to turn toward what brings light.
